MIKRA – Heavily Funded Cell Therapeutics Startup for Rapid D2C/B2C eCommerce Marketing Expansion

With high levels of investment, private equity funding, a brilliant R&D Science team (click for consultant advisory jobs), established sister companies for support and well known celebrity endorsements these new products are ready to go to market and transform consumer health and performance, initially focused on Northern America customer markets.

Remote home office based anywhere in Northern America.  Whether it’s Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver, New York or anywhere else Nationally we are keen to hear from you.

Depending on which opening you are most suited to, to be considered an appropriate potential candidate for hire, we need your resume and profile to represent most of:

  • Strategic yet hands on; Inspires People; Growth Hacker Mindset
    • eg previously taken a day zero (or close) startup product / CPG brand, to circa $3MM to $10MM ARR or more
  • Knowledge from any of alternative medicine, therapies, functional beverages / nutrition, food supplements, nutraceuticals, biohacking, nootropics, herbs / CBD etc
  • From an inhouse marketing or eCommerce team, outside consultant or a digital agency background
  • Strong with data, analytics, KPIs, RFM, ROI and budgets
  • Experienced in the full marketing mix, integrated omni/multichannel for native D2C, B2C, aware of B2B
  • Well educated and strong career history of 2-4+ years tenure per company with excellent employement and/or client references
  • Critical thinking, problem solver, solution focused, motivated, accountable, repsonsible and has fun!
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills in all mediums and formats

  • Previous examples of Ads and Email that generated customers for new consumer brand products in the alternative medicine verticals, organics, supplements, ancient herbs or other hard to advertise / market CPGs that require direct response methods and educational, compliant, relationship building, video content and events, to help customer solve or prevent chronic health issues and/or reach optimal performance
  • Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, CVR, etc)

  • Shopify – management of SKUs, merchandizing, testing, landing pages, UX/UI for an awesome customer experience and high profit growth

  • Proficient knowledge of paid media (Google, FB/IG, Snapchat), SEO, A/B testing, email, and the normal D2C tools (which the digital marketing, SEM/SEO team will manage)
  • Google Analytics or similar ninja who loves conversion rate optimisation, online sales funnels and developing strategies and tactics that grow amazing results for KPIs, RFM, LTV, AOV, CVR
  • Subscription and membership technology and programs
  • Budget management for this channel, P&L
  • Communication between 3PL, forecasting and purchasing departments to continually improve in-stock rate, reduce operations costs and find efficiencies
