Job Opening: Chief Marketing Officer, CMO (SVP Sales & Growth Digital Marketing Leader)
Location: Remote based USA or near Austin, TX
Negotiable Compensation: highly attractive base + performance bonus + corporate benefits package.

Method Company : Training, Coaching & Certification Company – clients are entrepreneur small business owners, start ups and rapidly growing businesses who are taught direct response, product launch and high converting marketing, media, communications strategies, tactics and operations to grow their direct to consumer products or services companies sales, profit and sustainable teams globally
- You need to be very knowledgeable in online sales funnels with SEM/SEO, Social (Facebook & Google Ads), Video, Email, Webinars, Strong Conversion to Sales from online launches eg $1MM-$5MM+ results in past B2B acquisition campaigns / launches in order to mentor, lead, coach and manage the inhouse team within marketing who are already high performing stars
- Bucket.io : SaaS Online Lead Generation MarTech Company – expertise in the highest quality lead generation online sales funnels using questionnaires, surveys, quizzes, and unique landing pages for consumer business services or goods. You will growth the DIY self service for small clients and “Done for You” service options for medium to large clients or association partners who could generate volume prospects and a business developer reporting to you
With your inhouse team of 8+ marketing professionals and outside agencies, partners and affiliates you will be repsonsible for the B2B acquisition marketing of new client students into the training programs (grow of the training business is the top priority in the current plan and you must have experience from any related verticals in eLearning / Development / Online Courses / Training / Education Management / Coaching Programs).
SaaS MarTech growth is a secondary priority.
Previous experience of growth strategy and tactics where you to achieved exponential growth is mandatory eg the $15MM to $30MM+ over a 2-5 years period.
