Near future CEO job opening for a small independent B2B outsourced customer services / BPO in Charleston, South Carolina established 3 years ago who are ready to double and double up revenues with a new leadership team. Mostly head office based ideally living near Charleston, with a direct hire employment agreement and Executive Director package.

To be appraised as a suitable, we need your profile to demonstrate:
- Strategic yet able to be hands on; Manages transformational growth; Inspires people
- B2B business services outsourcing background eg contact / call centre, telemarketing, customer service, and retention campaigns, customer retention, knowledge of internet / digital marketing
- Leadership expertise across people, customer, process, technology
- Grown annual revenues within a range of eg $5MM – $25MM+ in the USA (and/or doubling and doubling up, profitably and sustainably)
- Evidence of successfully hiring and developing the C-Suite and their teams across COO, CMO, Sales, CFO, CTO, VP & HR
- Leading talent acquisition, management, development aligned to vision, values and culture
- A natural business developer, public speaker, able to close deals whether from a Sales & Marketing or Technology background
- Excellent career progression and company tenure eg 3-5+ years at least once
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in all mediums and format
- Familiar with eCommerce, consumer goods, digital monetisation, subscription models and digital / internet marketing
- Based commutable to Charleston, South Carolina or willing to relocate
