They “prefer to speak to an experienced Consultant who can empathise with their professional and life situation”. They need to feel their own personal brand, matches the brand of the facilitator and indeed the brand of the very important client, who pays the bills. We too never forget, who pays the bills and intend on developing long term relationships with all our customers, moving from ad-hoc yet cooperative relationships to tactical and eventually inter-dependant strategic relationships. Without the best candidates, we are all worth nothing…
